Job Description

  • Manage and oversees the sales & operations of multiple stores to achieve long-term and short-term strategic sales target 
  • Develop seasonal / annual merchandise plans; forecast inventory needs in accordance 
  • with sales trends; 
  • Actively communicate with HQ Global Retail Team and coordinate with internal teams for VM, new product launch, seasonal promotion, new store opening, store design, etc. for an alignment and to proceed for the next steps 
  • Hold sales meeting with store managers report sales results and activities on timely basis; 
  • Review and implement Standard Operational Procedures to maintain operational 
  • efficiency and effectiveness; 
  • Be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly sales tracker and dashboard, regular reports 
  • Review and analyze store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and 
  • inventory loss; and find solutions for operational efficiency 
  • Be the first one to acquire HQ’s global guideline and have input for localisation, ensure all stores to be aware and follow the rules 
  • Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, and image
  • Hands-on execution and management is strongly required

Requirement

  • Working proficient in Korean and English is a must  
  • 8+ years of experience in store operation(including department store and brick-and-mortar) , retail management, stock management, 
  • Data analytic skills, strong at data driven decision making process is a MUST 
  • Excellent people management and communication skills; good presentation skills 
  • Store-opening experience is a plus while multi-store management experience is a MUST
  • Good understanding of retail market trends with a strong business acumen
  • Focus on what customers want and need ; act fast to satisfy our customers 
  • Wants to be part of a growing start-up team
  • Strong at Excel, Powerpoint is a MUST
