Purpose of Position

We’re currently recruiting a talented Influencer Marketing Associate for our Global Influencer Team who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of influencer gifting activations globally.
This role will report into the Influencer Marketing Manager and will work alongside different regional department leads to help with their regional gifting programs.

Job Description

Project manage the influencer gifting program across different global teams
Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up to date brand partnerships
Track and manage usage rights for influencer UGC used
Reporting on gifting program success rate on a global scale.
Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community
Work closely with agencies in up & coming markets for developing gifting programs.
Use existing strategy to set performance and brand-building KPIs on a partner-by-partner basis; oversee ongoing optimization and apply a test-and-learn strategy to achieve success and new learnings
Stay up-to-date on influencer trends and provide competitive insights on how other fashion and lifestyle brands are engaging influencers

Requirement

Bachelor degree in any related fields such Marketing, PR, Advertising
1+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing and/or social media
Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment
