Job Description

Data analysis on eCommerce business performance, provide insights and prepare regular reports by markets
Provide insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion
The implementation both global and local E-commerce initiatives and conduct UAT
Conduct A/B testing strategies for global and e-commerce,evaluate results to optimize the website.
To collaborate with internal teams (Tech Team, Growth Team, Design Team) to ensure the website deliverables are made according to the requirements
Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required and support the team and other teams as required and necessary

Requirement

Bachelor degree or above in Business, Information Technology or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, Web/ Digital Project, or consumer products preferred
Knowledge in MySQL and experience in sales data analysis will be a big plus
Strong Analytical Skills, Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
Data-driven, logical, self-motivated and organized
Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team
Fluent in both English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills
