Job Description
- Data analysis on eCommerce business performance, provide insights and prepare regular reports by markets
- Provide insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion
- The implementation both global and local E-commerce initiatives and conduct UAT
- Conduct A/B testing strategies for global and e-commerce,evaluate results to optimize the website.
- To collaborate with internal teams (Tech Team, Growth Team, Design Team) to ensure the website deliverables are made according to the requirements
- Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required and support the team and other teams as required and necessary
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, Web/ Digital Project, or consumer products preferred
- Knowledge in MySQL and experience in sales data analysis will be a big plus
- Strong Analytical Skills, Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Data-driven, logical, self-motivated and organized
- Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team
- Fluent in both English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills
