Purpose of Position

  • We are hiring a Brand Activations Director for the Korea region, this role reports to the Country Manager of Korea. Main purpose of this role is to create a consumer journey across all channels and drive further growth in omni channel sales. He/she will be overseeing overall GTM activations, driving brand value proposition. Brand marketing and consumer engagement experience including an event, staff development are an important part of this role.

Job Description
  • CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Activations Director for the Korea region who will serve as a credible partner and advisor to support the business and implementation of departmental goals to join our team. He/ She would be joining us to elevate the brand’s global brand reputation, create engaging campaigns, be the brand custodian & partner for other functions, by strongly partnered with global
  • Partner with a country manager and cross-functional teams to develop CASETiFY Korea’s short-term as well as long-term marketing strategy
  • Concept & develop brand moments and campaigns throughout the regional marketing calendar based on the global cadence
  • Responsible for creating and setting brand success OKRs for the organization
  • Create locally relevant creatives and assets and feed to ensure exposing at the right touch points
  • Develop and create locally relevant brand building programs and activations and lead to an execution in excellence
  • Be responsible for consumer engagement activations ; KOL activation, social, copy, PR as well as an event to ensure all consumer facing touchpoints are on brand and follow brand guidelines
  • Partner with VM and Store design teams to create impactful experience in store

Requirement
  • 12+ years of experience in a brand management role
  • Experience in creating globally aligned and locally relevant campaigns using in-house and external agency teams
  • Experience in creating and interpreting market research. Leverage data to inform strategic development of brand campaigns
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Strong project management and process creation skills. Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • A proven team leader that leads with integrity and inspires the team
  • Proficient in both languages English and Korean
