Purpose of Position

  • We are currently seeking a Social Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing our social media marketing strategy and managing influencer partnerships. 
  • The main responsibilities of this role include creating effective social media strategies, planning and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns. The ultimate goal is to enhance brand awareness and increase audience engagement across various social platforms. Additionally, the Social Manager should be able to analyze and report on the effectiveness of their activities.
  • Our objective is to utilize social media platforms and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall business success.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company's broader marketing and business goals. This involves defining target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns across various platforms. Create compelling content, manage content calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify the brand's reach and credibility. Establish and nurture relationships with influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and shareable content for both social media and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage the social media and influencer marketing team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team delivers impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as PR, marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure that influencer and social media efforts support broader business initiatives.
  • Ensure that influencers and content align with the brand's values, messaging, and visual identity. Maintain brand guidelines throughout all campaigns

Requirement

  • Fluent Japanese, Business Fluent English
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with proven work in social media, expertise in managing multiple social media platforms
  • A strategic and creative mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and influencer landscape.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Passion for Tech, Art, Culture, Lifestyle (Nice to have)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Nice to have)
