With our accelerating growth in the UK, we are hiring a UK Country Manager to drive further growth in both online and offline sales of our UK market.  He/she will be overseeing overall P&L of the market, optimizing our day-to-day business omni-channel as well as leading partnerships and marketing to in purpose to help us scale to the next level of growth.
Job Description
  • Empower CASETiFY to grow 10x in 4 years
  • Own, develop and executive growth strategies including but not limited to drive key partnerships for Co-Labs, elevate marketing performance, grow Retail and Wholesale businesses in order to achieve a 9-figure sales goal
  • Understand key sales & marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecast, competitive analysis as well as consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the regional team
  • Initiate and drive country specific products/projects, establish frameworks to evaluate the results and proactively take necessary actions
  • Collaborate with Headquarter team in Hong Kong and execute world-wide collaboration and business initiatives in the regional market
  • Manage day-to-day specific operations of the regional team including but not limited to Creative, PR & Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Finance and Retail Operations to ensure the teams are delivering against key business metrics and maximize profitability
  • Recruit, coach and provide leadership to support the success of not only your direct reports but all employees within the regional team to achieve their goals
  • Provide leadership to foster the CASETiFY culture and strive to create the best-in-class employee experience and operational standards of regional office
Requirement
  • 10+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketing & Retail
  • Experience in building, managing and leading multiple functional units
  • Experienced hypergrowth in a Direct-To-Consumer or omnichannel company with both online & offline sales
  • Experience in leading remote teams
  • Proven track record in successfully managed P&L over millions of USD
  • Obsessed with process and framework as a tool to drive consistent business result
  • Number-oriented with an aptitude in decision making, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Aesthetic sense, Understand Gen Z
  • Innovative and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
