With our recent accelerating growth in Australia, the role is responsible to further drive growth in sales and in retail expansion. He/she will have P&L and operational responsibility in addition to leading partnerships and marketing.
Job Description
Empower CASETiFY to grow 10x in 4 years
Develop and execute strategies to elevate CASETiFY’s brand to a household brand and be loved by millions in Australia
Identify and develop growth strategies including but not limited to key partnerships for collabs and growing the retail and wholesales businesses to drive a 9-figure sales goal
Test and scale other world-wide and country specific business initiatives such as our own retail store
Manage all country specific operations including but not limited to design, marketing, operations, finance and retail operations
Recruit, grow, mentor and operate the regional teams to achieve sales & business objectives
Initiate and drive country specific products/projects, establish frameworks to evaluate the results and proactively take necessary actions
Collaborate with HQ team on executing world-wide collaboration
Promote CASETiFY’s culture and strive to create the best-in-class employee experience and regional office operational standards
Requirement
Worked as a leader in a remote working environment
Experience in building, managing and leading multiple functional units
Successfully managed P&L over millions of USD
Number-oriented with an aptitude in decision making, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking
Evangelist and partitioner of using decision-making frameworks and standard operating procedures to communicate and drive business outcomes
Strong marketing and business background, with an eye for design
A change maker with the ability to inspire and execute
Passionate about growing as a team
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Experience with Direct-To-Consumer startups and acquisitions from both side of the table are big plus
