Job Description

Preparing, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and other legal documents such as license agreement, marketing agreement, artists and influencer agreements, service agreements with third party vendors, confidentiality agreements etc.
Working with internal clients on contracts and legal documents review
Conduct legal research as requested
Provide translation on contracts/agreements where necessary
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirement

4+ years of contract review and drafting related working experience in an in-house environment
Degree/diploma in Legal Studies (degree holder in other disciplines with solid experiences in contracting review and drafting will also be considered)
Well-organized, and excellent attention to details
With high ability to work independently
Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office, especially Words and Excel
Good command on both Speaking and Written English and Traditional & Simplified Chinese
Immediately available preferred
