We are completely disrupting the auto industry by removing the painful process of the dealership experience and replacing it with a seamless and convenient online platform. After purchasing a vehicle online, the customer can choose to have that vehicle delivered straight to their doorstep, or if they live near one of our vending machines, they can actually head down there and one of our outside advocates will meet them with a BIG token so they can experience that whole unique way of receiving their vehicle! 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

The Title and Registration Specialist focuses on the administrative aspects of registering our customers’ vehicles. The Specialist is responsible for checking documents and completing the administrative processes to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to our customer. The ideal candidate has exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail.

 

SPECIFICALLY, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...

  • Processing, finalizing and mailing out customer registration 
  • Reviewing customer paperwork for accuracy 
  • Working closely with the local DMV; picking up, receiving and filing paperwork from the DMV
  • Updating customer records to ensure the most up to date information is available in our systems 
  • Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of the business 
  • Assisting Customer Advocates and other HUB employees with customer follow-up
  • Being a high energy, forward thinking self-starter
  • Other duties as assigned

 

A QUALIFYING CANDIDATE MUST HAVE...

  • A Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
  • 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity 
  • A valid US driver's license
  • Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively 
  • Computer literacy and data entry skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to adapt to change 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively 
  • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
