A Real Estate Associate to join a rapidly growing organization. The Real Estate Associate will report to the Real Estate Manager and will help with market analysis, site selection, and property development in order to meet growth requirements. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with commercial real estate research and trends, managing purchase and sale transactions and understand zoning code. The ideal candidate must also possess superior communications skills and be capable of working independently and collaboratively. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.



  • Site selection and market analysis, including demographic reports
  • Negotiating commercial real estate transactions and achieve site approvals from the management team.
  • Managing and developing relationships with nationwide network of commercial brokers, landlords, government officials, and regional employees
  • Developing knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends; consolidate information into concise reports
  • Presenting market summary reports to senior management
  • Assisting in the structuring financial analysis and presentation of potential acquisition/dispositions deal structures to senior management team
  • Monitoring current market activities and is able to consolidate large amounts of data into concise reports
  • *Travel required up to 50%.



  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, marketing, accounting or related field
  • 3 years minimum experience in commercial real estate, ideally in site selection
  • Experience in commercial real estate acquisition/disposition, brokerage and analytics
  • Experience with CoStar or other commercial MLS sites
  • Comprehension of lease/purchase agreement language
  • Comprehension of Real Estate financing and banking transactions
  • Must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite


  • Comprehension of Real Estate financing and banking transactions
  • Experience with Real Estate entitlement issues (zoning variance, changes, conditional use, special use, planning commission and city council meetings)
