The Customer Advocate Support position focuses on the administrative aspects of registering customers’ vehicles. The Customer Advocate Support will pick up plates and registrations from the DMV every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. After the pickup has been completed, the Customer Advocate Support will enter the plate and registration information into Salesforce under the correct customer account. The ideal candidate has exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail.

- Detail review of customer paperwork for accuracy
- Pickup, receive, and file paperwork from the DMV
- Consistently update customer records to ensure the most up to date information is available in our systems
- Ship plates and registration to the customer
- Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of the business
- Assist Customer Advocates and other HUB employees with customer follow-up, as necessary
- Be a high energy, forward thinking self-starter
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- Ability to interact with customers, co-workers and vendors professionally
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
