We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own a key target audience for Carta. You’ll work closely with product marketing, content, marketing channel managers, and sales. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy for this audience, and manage integrated campaigns to identify gaps and drive growth across the funnel.

Set quarterly campaign strategy to hit our SMB revenue targets
Manage, execute, and measure cross-channel and cross-functional campaigns for the SMB segment
Collaborate with product marketing on launches and messaging
Partner with the content marketing team to distribute and leverage content across channels
Work with digital marketing managers to execute ads, web, email, and in-product initiatives
Lead the feedback loop between sales to content marketing, product marketing, and growth marketing
Collaborate with the marketing ops and analytics team to report out on campaigns and SMB funnel metrics
3+ years Growth Marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management, A/B testing, and analytics
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, and deep experience with 2 or more the following: SEO, SEM, email marketing, web testing and landing pages, and paid and organic acquisition
Google Analytics and Excel proficiency, and experience with analytics tools and marketing automation
Strong written communication skills. Comfortable writing copy for use across marketing channels when necessary.
Experience working with designers and executing well-designed campaigns
