Your role:

Cars.com helps tens of millions of people like you and me find their perfect car match each year, with our 4.8 star rated iOS app being a critical part of our strategy. We’re looking for an iOS engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our iOS engineering team. You’ll work with other junior – as well as senior – engineers along with cross functional stakeholders in product, design, and data to take projects from idea to done. This means collaborating through the discovery process to arrive at a technical solution, working to execute upon that solution, and shipping that solution to millions of users.

You’ll get experience around diverse aspects of iOS engineering, from releasing user-facing features, creating component libraries with SwiftUI, test automation, release processes and pipelines, experimentation, networking with GraphQL, and beyond. While our more senior engineers will serve as mentors and help you grow as an engineer to reach your goals, you’ll also have the opportunity to own projects from start to finish and propose new and novel ideas that we as a team can execute upon and ship.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. If the salary range is close to what you're seeking, then we encourage you to apply and learn more about the total compensation package for this position.

Salary Range
$90,500$110,900 USD
