CARS is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development leader to join our growing sales team. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in managing high growth SDR teams. In this role, you will manage the production of sales qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline by leading a team in identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings for the sales team. CARS is a data-driven company, and this role will require a savvy understanding of KPIs and the ability to communicate KPIs and various other deliverables to the senior management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Help define SDR goals with the leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to execute against set goals and quotas
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to optimize pipeline and sales
  • Leverage activity data via Salesforce for targeted training and development
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual opportunities quota
  • Ensure that team metrics are aligned with the broader organizational objectives
  • Foster a fun, high energy environment where SDRs can thrive and impact the business

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a prospecting role with a strong track record of results
  • Experience of leading, hiring & developing a high performance inside sales or SDR team
  • Experience in digital or e-commerce sales is a must
