Talent Acquisition Specialist

You are an organized, effective, agile, recruiting force who can quickly assess, plan and attack your workload while building rapport and relationships with your internal customers.  What are your responsibilities?

  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns for difficult to fill roles.

  • Have or are passionate about learning how to develop a unique personal brand through strategically targeted in-market events and online channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Strategically utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks, technology community events, meet-ups and other research methods to source passive candidates.

  • Partner with Recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each open requisition.

  • Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring managers at all times.

  • Assist with coordinating and organizing recruiting efforts while working closely with stakeholders requirements, updates, processes, and timelines (e.g., Recruiting, hiring managers, etc).

  • Proactively build talent pipelines for candidates.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards for all work performed.

Must have:

  • 2-3 years as a full life cycle recruiter.

  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting within the operations, sales, administration space

  • A “Yes and” approach to collaboration and creative problem solving with the Talent Experience Team, internal customers and candidates

  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence both externally and internally.  
  • Bachelor's degree or related HR/administrative experience.

  • Professional experience with a cutting edge Applicant Tracking System / CRM (i.e. Greenhouse, JobVite, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.

  • Resourceful, with the ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as Slack and the g-suite
