This role will join our growing Legal team, and will work closely with our Head of Legal and other legal team members on project management and administrative type tasks; data analysis, reporting, and developing presentations from those data sources; and partnering with our legal operations team to increase contracting velocity, ensure that we deliver on our promises to customers and maintain an accurate and complete legal database. The team and this role report to the VP of Legal.
Detail-oriented but able to prioritize, Excel fluent with the ability to build data sets, generate reports, and create visuals from data. A knack for developing processes, excited about working with contracts, ideating and executing solutions that will improve the day-to-day productivity, and excited to support Carrot’s mission.
0-2 years prior experience in operations or project management at a fast-growing tech or healthcare environment, or as a law firm paralegal; familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ironclad or other similar software contracting and reporting capabilities. Confluence and Slack are pluses.

The expected base salary for this position will range from $68,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
