The Role:
This role will join our growing Legal team, and will work closely with our Head of Legal and other legal team members on project management and administrative type tasks; data analysis, reporting, and developing presentations from those data sources; and partnering with our legal operations team to increase contracting velocity, ensure that we deliver on our promises to customers and maintain an accurate and complete legal database. The Team:
The team and this role report to the VP of Legal.
Minimum Qualifications:
Detail-oriented but able to prioritize, Excel fluent with the ability to build data sets, generate reports, and create visuals from data. A knack for developing processes, excited about working with contracts, ideating and executing solutions that will improve the day-to-day productivity, and excited to support Carrot’s mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
0-2 years prior experience in operations or project management at a fast-growing tech or healthcare environment, or as a law firm paralegal; familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ironclad or other similar software contracting and reporting capabilities. Confluence and Slack are pluses.
Compensation:

The expected base salary for this position will range from $68,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
