At Carousell, the Trust & Safety team works to provide a safer marketplace for our users. This includes providing assistance in issues encountered during transactions, assisting authorities on ongoing investigations, and utilising artificial intelligence to detect patterns of suspicious activity.
Our Trust & Safety team is looking to hire a Creative Outreach Intern over the upcoming December 2017 - January 2018 period.
The candidate will be tasked to conceptualise and execute a series of exciting educational mini-campaigns or contests on Carousell, aimed at helping and reminding users to stay safe while buying or selling on Carousell. The candidate will report to the Trust & Safety Manager.
- Proposing and designing the mechanics of 4 mini-campaigns or contests
- Implementing the mini-campaigns or contests (ideally, once a week over one month)
- Following-up by arranging for the campaign or contest winners to collect the prizes (you will be given some budget to run each campaign!)
- Preparing an end-of-Internship presentation, to evaluate the success and highlight the learning points of all the campaigns you have executed
There are no limits, as long as the ideas help our users remain safe on Carousell, and are able to be implemented during your internship!
