As an expanding organization, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial & business-savvy Telesales Officer who will be managing and building strong relationship with clients and contacting business and private individuals to generate revenue by soliciting sales for the Goods & Services Team.
This is a full-time role based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.
- Contact business and private individuals through telephone, email, text message, and other mediums in order to solicit sales
- Find ways in managing clients and building lasting relationships with them in order to ensure prolonged business success
- Actively follow up new and manage existing clients of OLX
- Reach/exceed assigned quota per month (performance will not solely be on commission basis, exceptional performance will merit incentives and/or bonus)
- Someone with strong communication & customer management skills
- Goal-orientated in achieving targets, new accounts, renewals and revenue
- Willing to learn and quickly adapt strategy both in the Office and out in Field
- Ability to do sales in/out the field; can handle objections, complaints, roadblocks and negotiation with confidence and enthusiasm
- Ability to deliver tasks on time and work within tight deadlines
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
- At least 2 years of solid working experience in Sales
- Strong sales experience and able to understand client needs
