We are looking for the ultimate Admin Warrior/ Multi-tasking Ninja to provide operational excellence to the business & CarouFam. You will work closely with other members of the People team to provide a seamless employee experience.

You will: 


  • Issue contracts & addendums to new hires
  • Issue contracts & addendums to contractors
  • Enroll new hires on systems & platforms
  • Enroll new hires on payroll, benefits programmes & statutory listings
  • Work with IT Operations to issue equipment to new hires
  • Work with People Business Partners (PBPs) to ensure that new hires are well integrated into the organisation

Travel & International Mobility

  • Apply, Issue & Cancel work visas/permits for new hires
  • Apply, Issue & Cancel dependent visas/permits for family members of employees
  • Apply work travel visas for employees
  • Support social travel visa applications of employees
  • Support permanent residency applications of employees
  • Maintain an updated travel calendar


  • Terminate leaving employee on systems and platforms
  • Terminate leaving employee on payroll, benefits programmes & statutory listings
  • Submit tax clearance, where applicable especially for foreign employees

Total Rewards administration

  • Manage the administration for compensation and benefits


  • Promptly communicate monthly payroll instructions for Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan & Vietnam
  • Verify monthly payroll reports for Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan & Vietnam
  • Submit all statutory filings, where required on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
  • Verify and Submit annual tax filings in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan & Vietnam
  • Submit all government claims & subsidies related to payroll

System Management

  • Maintain an updated record of employee data on Carousell’s HRIS (BambooHR)
  • Optimise BambooHR for analytics & administration
  • Administer & resolve manager and employee requests on Carousell’s People Helpdesk


  • Submission of training grant application
  • Verify training invoice for payment
  • Maintain and update training record for employees

You have:

  • 3-5 years of work experience as a HR generalist or in shared service environment
  • High degree of professionalism with ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Proven ability in Time Management & Prioritising for Impact
  • Proven ability in Multi-tasking for Productivity
  • Attention to Details & Thoroughness
  • Strong Written Communication
  • Ability to manage stress well
