As a young and fast-expanding organisation, we are looking to hire a Manager to lead our Recruitment Team. The Recruitment Manager will play an active role in creating and implementing strategies and programs in support of both short and long-term business objectives. You will also need to be hands-on to support critical hires across the organisation, assisting the team to hire the right talent into Carousell. Based in Singapore, this role is integral to building a high-performance culture while we scale a rapidly growing organization.

You Will:

  • Reports to our Head of People
  • Partner closely with our People Business Partners and the leadership team to build Employer Branding strategies that support the scaling organization while building high performing teams
  • Establish and monitor recruiting processes and practices; recommend cost-effective and creative solutions while ensuring the quality of hires
  • End to end hands-on sourcing & managing of candidates for critical hires
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business priorities and possess good stakeholder management skills to ensure timely communication on/and delivery of priorities
  • Develop relevant and effective sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to meet recruitment needs; lead searches and manage long-term high-level candidates
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures using advanced technology
  • Lead, coach and develop the team to growth and success
  • Manage search firm relationships with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with our preferred partners

You Have:

  • 5 - 8  years of experience in Recruitment with at least 2 years in a Recruitment Leadership position
  • Preferably with relevant experience in a start-up/fast-paced organisation within the Technology sector/E-commerce
  • Experienced in Employer Branding strategies and recruitment metrics at hyper growth
  • Track record of leading highly passionate recruiters and coaching to success
  • A natural passion to make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around you
  • A love of technical things and working knowledge of the fast-paced start-up world
