You will:

You will be responsible for the success of  the paid services we offer to sellers in Singapore, to maximise revenue growth and user adoption. The scope will include all categories and sectors in Singapore, excluding cars and property sectors. This includes

  • Verify and process all suppliers’ invoices
  • Record invoices and payment to accounting system (Netsuite)
  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers and follow up on outstanding matters relating to invoices/payment
  • Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies
  • Review and verify corporate card and petty cash expenses
  • Process staff expense claim reimbursement
  • Assist in monthly payroll payment, bank reconciliation and month end closing process.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to support the daily business tasks and other accounting related tasks

 

You have:

  • LCCI/CAT/ACCA/Diploma in Accountancy or Finance
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • A good team player and able to handle urgent/ad-hoc request effectively
  • No minimum experience is required
  • Able to start work immediately is preferred
