You will be responsible for:

Leading the planning, production and distribution of content across Singapore’s multi-channels to ensure success of our business goals. You will be accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads and sales in Singapore.

These include:

  • Engaging target audiences to understand needs and aspirations, and how Carousell supports them
  • Planning and developing stories and content strategy with regional content team, product, business, brand and community teams
  • Ensuring application and adherence of content to Carousell’s brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Managing schedule and distribution of content across all of Carousell’s Singapore owned channels (app, social media, emails, blog)
  • Measuring, managing and optimising the performance of content through data collection and analysis


You have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in communications, marketing or related field​
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in social media management and content marketing
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytic tools and social media monitoring platforms
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Responsible, driven and a team player
  • Bonus if you are a Carousell user
  • Bonus if you have experience working in a startup environment before
