About The Role

We're looking for a Special Projects Intern to join the CEO's Office. The Special Projects Intern will drive strategy coordination, alignment communications and calendar scheduling. The Special Projects Intern will also be required to conceptualise and implement mini-projects that would contribute towards a more efficient organisation with a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and keep track of function-level strategies and goals periodically
  • Organise and coordinate company-level meetings
  • Develop secretariat capabilities for company-level meeting fora and platforms, by e.g. ensuring that respective meeting owners keep track of their follow-ups, attendees attend discussions prepared
  • Draft weekly and monthly communication pieces to update the company on both work and personal wellness matters (you will be working with our People, Employee Experience and Communications team on this)
  • Keep track of the CEO’s engagement calendar
  • Support the drafting of talking points and slide decks for the CEO’s speaking engagements
  • Support scheduling, events management or meeting planning needs, where needed
  • Apart from these tasks, to scope, suggest and drive 1-2 projects a month that ensure company alignment or wellness (a small budget can be given for each project)

 

Requirements:

  • Be extremely organised and meticulous, as you will managing a massive amount of information, data, schedules  
  • Think and communicate clearly and logically, as you will be involved in stakeholder management (both internal communications and with partners)
  • Multitask and balance a range of views and perspectives, as you will be required to listen and work with multiple partners simultaneously
  • Problem-solve creatively by coming up with workable solutions despite resource and time constraints
  • Understand and respect different cultures
  • You know how to be nice and firm and put stakeholders needs ahead of your own, as this role is all about making sure that things work well
