As Social Media Marketing Manager you’ll manage our platform’s profile account and all of our social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. You will be responsible for creating original text and curating content designed to engage users and build an interactive relationship between our community and the company.  You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals and will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.


You are extremely savvy in the social media world and experienced with all of the latest digital technologies and tracking tools. You are able to handle our social media presence during high traffic times while maintaining engagement. You will also collaborate with marketing, PR, and legal teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals.




  • Help design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Communicate with followers, respond to messages in a timely manner and engage with users on a daily basis
  • Drive engagement with new and existing social media influencers
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research best ways to increase traffic
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends
  • Occasional event planning and event coverage



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Two+ years of experience in social media management
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Hubspot, Hootsuite and Google Analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (copywriting skills)
  • Exceptional analytical, project management and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and designing applications
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
