Role:
We are seeking an entry-level Talent / Traffic Assistant to join our team!
Areas of Focus:
Hybrid position involving learning both Talent Payments and Traffic Management
- Talent Payments: Assist Senior Talent Specialist with daily talent payments.
- Includes learning to estimate talent, pay talent use, create talent contracts, and manage talent residual budgets and track talent use payments.
- Work with Account team to secure answers for talent payments and holding fees. Will learn the ins and outs of SAG-AFTRA union rules and guidelines.
- Maintain talent payment trackers in spreadsheets to track against estimates and for use of Account teams.
- Assist Producers and Business Affairs to best identify talent estimate approach for projects.
Traffic Management: Assist Senior Traffic Manager with daily traffic duties.
- Includes generating and disturbing traffic instructions for broadcast including TV & Radio.
- Assigning Ad-ID’s for broadcast and social deliverables.
- Sending materials to Networks for national clearance. Updating and managing the internal Ad/ID database.
- Collaborating with Media, Account, and external vendors to deliver accurate traffic based on media buys and allocations across clients.
- Collaborate with Talent Specialists to make timely talent payments for use on various platforms.
- Assist Account teams in estimating trafficking costs and making timely payments to external vendors
