As the Technical Recruiter, your ability to engage and hire uniquely bright and audacious builders who embrace our values is a critical component in delivering on our mission. You'll partner with the Senior Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting at CARMERA. You'll be the go-to resource for your candidates, interviewers, and Hiring Managers. You'll advise hiring teams and own the technical recruitment strategy for your roles to deliver an experience that demonstrates a balance of thoughtfulness and efficiency. We are primarily looking to scale our Engineering and Product teams - but ideally you're excited to jump in and learn wherever the business may need help. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and hire the best talent.

  • Be the face of a delightful and thoughtful candidate experience.
  • Own every step of the hiring process: from sourcing through offer accepted.
  • Evolve our hiring best practices.
  • Drive data-driven and equitable hiring process.
  • Nurture brand awareness through long-sighted sourcing efforts and posting strategies.

To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet all of the following:

  • You are an Explorer; always learning, adapting and directly engaging with evolving challenges using your grace, positivity and a collaborative attitude.
  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience leveraging a structured approach to evaluating talent and collecting data points that support data-driven, hiring decisions.
  • You can inclusively engage with diverse people and experiences.
  • You are inclined to delve in and address root cause sources on issues: funnel bottlenecks, candidate objections, etc.
  • You notice and find ways to make incremental improvements; continually polishing and up-leveling.
  • You are energized by creating great experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

Be sure to mention if you have any of the following optional, but relevant experience:

  • You have metrics and reporting skillz.
  • You have experience leading and influencing in a consultative manner.
  • You know your ATS inside and out and can readily think of 10 ways it could be improved.
