About the Role

Caribou is looking for a People Systems Manager to implement, manage, and maintain our HR technology stack including software and systems such as an HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Performance Management System, Learning Management System, and related business intelligence and analytics tools.  As a member of Caribou’s People & Culture (P&C) team, you will report to the Director, People Operations and work closely with colleagues in P&C, Analytics & Business Strategy, and Finance. The People Systems Manager will:

 

  • Optimize, manage and maintain the company’s HR tech stack, which today includes: Zenefits (HRIS), Greenhouse (ATS), Lattice (Performance Management), Docebo (Learning Management), TalentWall (Hiring Management Platform) and Knoetic (Business Intelligence)
  • Perpetually update, clean, and clarify data, set up, and structure across systems 
  • Implement any new HR tech systems and software or platform replacements
  • Work effectively with colleagues in IT Ops, Finance, Analytics & Business Strategy to proactively set up and troubleshoot data feeds and connections to systems and tools that interface with HR-related data.
  • Be the point person for HR tech stack vendor relationships
  • Consult with Learning & Development team to train colleagues on how to use various HR tech stack applications as appropriate for their roles 
  • Research and consult on the selection of future HR tech stack tools and systems
  • Create and deliver reports from various systems proactively and as requested

This role can be based out of MotoRefi offices in Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Austin, TX. Alternatively, the People Systems Manager may work remotely from a state where MotoRefi does business. However, this role will require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings. As a result, candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be eligible for this position.

 

About You

You are a skilled practitioner with IT systems and have experience applying that skillset to work with HR-related technology and tools. You:

  • Have a minimum 4 years of professional experience; academic degree in technology or HR-related fields and/or professional experience with IT systems and HR preferred
  • Are fastidious about maintaining integrity of data and structures; but also understand why these might not be clean to start with 
  • Are a skilled at project management and organization
  • Are skilled at building and using database systems and have expert level skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and effectively with colleagues and vendors
  • Thrive managing dynamic data and multiple stakeholders
