What you’ll do:
Care/of is looking for our first Inventory Control Analyst! You will support the monitoring and improvement activities that ensure system accuracy and data integrity. This also means assisting management through analysis and reporting of data from process audits, cycle counts, physical counts and location audits. Additionally, you will monitor the execution of key processes that affect accuracy performance and provide detailed analysis inventory discrepancy root causes to support focused process improvements.
Develop strategies and systems to prevent identified errors
Manage cycle count program (Coordinating physical counts and analyzing results for system and procedural errors)
Provide hands-on inventory control support in our picking/packaging area
Perform thorough investigations of inventory variances to identify root causes and drive resolution. Drive corrective actions to prevent future inventory discrepancies
Establish effective partnerships within the organization to resolve inventory-related issues, including collaboration with Planning, Production, Maintenance
Who you are:
In previous roles, you have proven success in a detail-oriented position with a high level of accuracy. You are someone with strong logical and analytical skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills. Learning new systems/tools is something you’re comfortable with.
Proficient with Microsoft
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing priorities
Ability to identify process shortfalls and submit workable changes
