What you'll do:

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead continuous improvements projects and special projects across our supply chain, fulfillment and logistics. You will support the launch of new products, lead the identification and implementation of new technologies at our fulfillment center, and lead cross-functional operations improvement projects to help us build and grow a more efficient operation within our Fulfillment Center. Reporting to our Head of Fulfillment, you’ll partner closely with our Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, and Physical Product teams to craft, automate, and optimize fulfillment processes, driving scalability and making a significant impact on the Care/of customer experience.

  • Lead new product integration and execution for fulfillment operations
  • Influence product development and launch of new products as the operations representative
  • Analyze data sets to identify issues, root causes and plan and implement corrective actions
  • Identify new technologies for the fulfillment center. Build the business case. Source and implement the solutions working with internal and/or external partners
  • Analyze and optimize product, inbound, packaging and shipping costs and apply this knowledge to influence future product roadmap and sourcing decisions
  • Lead special strategic initiatives across the organization that drive margin growth and process improvements
  • Be a leader in the operations team and define the operational strategy and roadmap for the organization

Who you are:

  • The owner of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a quantitative focus
  • Backed by 4-6 years of experience in a highly operational, analytical role
  • Seasoned professional integrating new product launches with existing product lines
  • Direct experience implementing change management through Lean and Six Sigma tools via Toyota Production System (TPS) or similar model with measurable ROI
  • Highly proficient in analyzing large data set (SQL a plus)
  • Armed with a demonstrated track record of translating business goals into actions and measuring the impact
  • Experienced leading cross-functional initiatives and managing large projects with internal and external partners, including new technology/software projects
  • Ability to communicate successfully across all levels of the organization, from the fulfillment associates to the executive team
  • Willing to roll-up your sleeves to take on the nitty-gritty execution tasks that come with an early-stage start-up
