The position

As an HR Recruiter, you will be in charge of the internal HR and recruitment processes for finding and developing talent to our local office in Sweden.

 

Your daily responsibilities are:

  • Work with and manage the internal HR policies and processes
  • Structure and manage the whole recruitment process for our internal positions
  • Report to the Country Manager the achievement of the objectives, KPI's and the progress of the recruitment processes
  • Optimize the entire recruitment cycle

    Also, you will be working hand in hand with the local Country Manager and the HR Team at our Head Quarters, in order to:
  • Develop and integrate the internal company culture
  • Build and develop an internal talent development system and career path
  • Work with employer branding
  • Develop the quality of the work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment of different profiles: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Consultant, among others.
  • Fluent/Native in Swedish.
  • A high level in English is essential for this position. A third language will be desirable.
  • Graduated in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or Law.
  • High level of Excel is required. Previous experience handling analytical reports.
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborative ability to succeed in a Startup environment.
  • Have initiative and a great motivation.
  • High capacity of conflict resolution
  • Teamwork and time management skills.
  • Able to deal with daily analysis and strategic reporting.
