About the role

Our UK business has tremendous potential and is moving out of its launch phase, which produced fantastic results and attracted a number of high-profile, high-volume clients. To take this market to the next level, we’re now looking for an enthusiastic Fleet Manager with exceptional people skills and who will be hands-on with technology. This role is a rare opportunity to take your career to the next level;


Responsibilities

 

  • Act a first point of contact for the team on the ground during weekends
  • Assist with troubleshooting
  • Update Rota and monitor attendance and timesheets; workforce allocation
  • Follow up on issues and issue resolutions
  • Monitor the team during weekends
  • Ensuring all updates, changes of Standard Operating Procedures are communicated to all members of the team
  • Project management skills are essential but not required
  • Producing End of the day reports - Security deposits, KPI's input, Planning for the next day
  • Liaising with Controllers in case a resolution has to be brought forward with particular action steps

 

Requirements

  • Problem solver
  • Customer Service orientated with excellent telephone manner
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and helping attitude at all times
  • Strategic thinker
  • Being able to work under pressure
  • Weekend shifts
  • Knowledge of delivery sector will be a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be good, but not essential
  • Weekend availability is essential: this is a part-time permanent role
