About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP/General Manager to lead our B2B team and business line, Wonder for Business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue growth and sales management, with a deep understanding of B2B markets and a strategic mindset to innovate and drive growth within a business already demonstrating strong product/market fit. The role sits within Wonder’s Growth organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Set the strategy and vision for the Wonder for Business (B2B) line of business and team
  • Own and manage the full P&L and team including Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations
  • Identify and build key strategic partnerships that accelerate business growth across both existing and new channels
  • Directly manage Enterprise Sales team, and provide guidance on sales strategies, deal structures, and customer opportunities
  • Drive continued transformation and efficiency across operations including order-to-cash, onboarding, and product distribution
  • Work closely with Culinary Engineering to continually evolve our current product offering and build the roadmap for long-term growth
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Partnerships, Finance, Creative, Marketing, Production) to develop and execute strategic plans

The experience you have

  • 10+ years of leading high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Experience at a hyper growth start-up
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make tough decisions under pressure

Base Salary Range: $262,500
