About the role

As the Manager, Field Marketing you will play a pivotal role in planning and activating brand, event and local marketing initiatives across our rapidly growing list of markets. You will build relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations and residential buildings to drive awareness of Wonder and acquire new customers, and play a key role in supporting launch strategy and execution as we continue our rapid growth.  This individual will sit on the Marketing team within the broader Growth organization; there is a tremendous amount of growth potential for this role as Wonder continues to scale operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating and participating in local events and promotional activities to reach new customers, enhance our brand image and generate demand; responsible for pre, during and post event programming and follow ups.
  • Help manage a team of part-time Field Marketing Brand Ambassadors, providing structure, guidance and support with prospecting activation opportunities
  • Coordinate with various teams across Wonder including Operations, Transportation & Logistics and Culinary in support of your activations and work streams
  • Maintain ownership over your market sales and new customer acquisition goals. Track and measure the success of your marketing initiatives against those goals through weekly reporting.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor field marketing tactics to provide valuable insights to the broader team

The experience you have

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in field marketing, brand activation or related roles; bonus if within the QSR or fast casual restaurant industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

You Are:

  • Friendly and sociable, excited to engage with others 
  • Hardworking and eager to take on challenges 
  • Data Driven: ability to utilize data and analytics to inform strategy
  • Located centrally in NYC or NJ or able to commute; willing to travel within the assigned geographical area and provide reliable transportation to and from events
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for the duration of a 3-4 hour event
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Base Salary Range: $120,750

Location: New York City (Tri-State Are or New Jersey)
