CareerLunch AG is an HR-tech startup that was founded in 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. Our mission is to inspire remarkable careers through authentic connections. Through our platform careerlunch.com, we facilitate informal meetings between talents and potential employers. Despite our nascent history, we already count some of the world's leading companies among our customers. In 2021, we raised venture capital (VC) funding to further fuel our expansion.

Your role

  • Manage and grow long term relations to accounts within our customer portfolio
  • Actively identify and develop use cases for the further expansion of existing accounts
  • Increase client satisfaction, gather client feedback and target areas of improvement
  • Consult on digitization opportunities (identify upsell)
  • Identify and manage churn risk
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as Sales, Marketing and Product

Your profile

  • Fluency in German (you need to conduct customer meetings in German) and English (we have a very international team and often speak English internally)
  • Previous professional experience in the field (e.g. Customer Success, Renewal Management, Account Management)
  • A flair for building relationships and good empathy
  • Pro-active, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
  • Experience in a tech startup is a plus
