We have already created waves in the market with our bold decision to become the region’s first and only restaurant-centric food delivery platform and are ready to scale and grow exponentially across markets. What you'll do

  • Strictly adhering to partner on-boarding SLAs and training quality.
  • Analyze the daily orders data. In-depth store performance i.e. cancellations, acceptance rate, acceptance time, wait-in store time etc of the newly on-boarded partners.
  • Regular communication with partners on sharing their performance and working with them to improve their operational efficiency.
  • Building and documenting the processes and actions for catalog and operational efficiencies.
  • Field visits to gather market insights on Food deliveries and challenges to better understand market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the Performance team on identifying low performing merchants to target for integrations.
  • Regular communication with other markets on knowledge sharing and identification of the best practices.
  • Provide feedback gathered from partners on product issues and suggest improvements that can enable them to provide better service to our captains and customers.

What you'll need

  • Bachelors’ degree from a reputable university.
  • English and Arabic fluency is mandatory.
  • 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in operations at a tech company.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and good command over MS Excel and other MS Office applications. SQL and experience with other such tools would be an advantage.
  • Aptitude to learn and grow.

  • Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home. 
  • You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
