JOB PURPOSE
This role is accountable for Design & Deployment of Quality Assurance within the Operations Organization.

Experience in designing and implementing a new process.
Sees the benefit in standardization, and removal of silo's across the organization for efficient working.
Supports and leverages process for sharing best practices
Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions.
Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

-6+ years experience with Quality/Process Excellence Function: ideally experience both working in a world-class organization and some experience building an organization in a division or start-up company
-Fluent in all things Lean: Lean Principles, Lean Leadership, Lean Tools, Kaizen and Hoshin-Kanri (Deployment Planning)
-Green or Brown Field Start up experience a plus (must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in an fast-paced ever changing environment
-BS degree or better (Engineering, Mathematics, applied Statistics, etc. preferred)
-MBA in operations management or MS Industrial Engineering
