Policies Manager

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role will be to identify changes into legacy policies and to introduce initiatives that streamline processes to support sustainable growth.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Custodian of all company policies relating to operations including refunds, cancellation, blocking policies
  2. Liaison with cross functional teams to effectively drive policy changes 
  3. Identify best practices across markets and expand across network
  4. Timely audit of policies
  5. Policy changes to improve supply density 

 

Required Experience / Qualifications (examples below):

  • 4 years + experience
  • Urge to make an impact
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric experience and mindset
  • Ability to drill into data and arrive at meaningful actions
  • Ability to look at things holistically
