Drive the development and implementation of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers, and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities
   •      Client relationship and management for corporate customers and strategic partners
•      Corporate customer retention and growth - establish strong customer relations while representing local and national clients professionally
•      Conduct and lead corporate customer training workshops, capture feedback and develop action plans to improve customer experience
•      Work closely with Regional Sales team to develop and implement strategies that grow the corporate customer and strategic partnership base and drive sales & traffic, leveraging CRM and programs
•      Monitor and analyze customer data to identify key areas of focus and problem-solving customers concerns
•      Manage the customer retention and engagement strategy, executing timely and accurate deliveries of corporate communications to achieve business goals 
•      Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and coordinated approach in the region.
•      Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services
•      Responsible for accounts receivable & maintaining to ensure healthy aging for the accounts  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 
 •        BS/MS degree in business administration, Economics, Commerce or any relevant field
•        Strong understanding of business objectives and metrics and ability to build action plans to meet these objectives
•        Analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
 •        2 to 3 years of solid experience in B2B sales and business development in Egypt
