About the Role:
 
We are looking for a Marketing Technologist to join our world-class Growth Marketing team. 
 
The purpose of the  Marketing Technologist role is to lead the development and integration of data points, segmentation models and processes across marketing technologies. This role will work closely together with the Technical marketing manager, Product teams, Marketing Managers and the Central Growth Team, providing analysis, problem solving and scoping the data & pipeline integrations across the martech landscape. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the internal growth & martech teams to understand end-user requirements/use cases and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions
  • Lead, design, build, and support MarTech data pipelines and digital experience applications related to CRM Customer Journey optimization, user persona, attribution models and content recommendation etc.
  • Work with business partners in building the reports using visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
  • Collaborate with data scientists in operationalizing data science models
  • Collaborate with other engineering and business teams in brainstorming sessions, requirement gathering and storytelling
  • Ensure code is covered by unit and integration tests with quality assurance and data validation processes well defined
  • Demonstrate track record of being a change agent, leaving every team and process better than you found it
  • Build applications with a proactive operations mindset to simplify alerting and debugging application issues. 
  • Owner of Marketing Technologies Enhancement & Process Documentation; creates solution wireframes and process designs and code documentation
 
Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
  • 2+ years analytical application development using Python and SQL.
  • Preferred experience in building marketing automation or digital marketing applications related to SEM optimization, CRM journey optimization, attribution models, personalization etc.
  • 1+ years experience in building orchestration layers to consume data using batch API or real-time streaming from marketing SaaS platforms like GoogleAds, Salesforce, Braze, BigQuery (Google Analytics) etc
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
