We're looking for an experience Supply Manager for Quality/ Payment/ Fraud:


  • Design , implement and improve Captain's quality
  • Analyse data for area of growth
  • Detection and resolution of processes
  • Process implementing and drafting
  • Review Customer's feedback
  • Proactively research new Payment methods and solutions for captains
  • Design and oversee Captain Payments process flow
  • Responsible for developing and implementing action plans for detecting fraudulent activities


  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • A real go getter - awesome at multitasking
  • Takes ownership and responsibility
  • Qualitative individual who has a knack for leading people as well as understanding their concerns
  • Embodies the Careem values in every sense
  • Action driven personality with experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
  • Collaborative with a service oriented mindset
