  • E-Commerce: Amazon, Jumia, Fakahany, Goodsmart, etc.
  • Groceries: Alfa Market, Carrefour, Hyper One, etc.
  • Food: McDonald's, KFC, Hardees, Pizza Hut, Bazooka, etc.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY  

Managing the Express Delivery Operations roles/teams including but not limited to

  1. Supply Management Including Suppliers & Captains recruitment and payments Plus Fleet Logistics
  2. Live Operations Managing merchants and captains experience
  3. Reporting & Analysis
  4. Invoicing
  5. Setting and tracking Budget
  6. Planning for growth and cost optimization across the country
  7. Handling escalations and negotiations with merchants and suppliers
  8. Managing relations and cross-functional tasks with Account Management, Sales, Finance & HR departments

SKILL SETS

  1. High Leadership and Communication Skills
  2. Advanced Analytical Skills
  3. Ability to manage stress and workload
  4. 5-7 years of relevant experience with E-commerce logistics (preferably)
