The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for new partner acquisition, partner offer redemptions and relationship management. We are looking for a partnerships professional to join our central team as Senior Partnerships Manager covering KSA. This individual will drive the development and implementation of partnerships programs targeting prospective partners and managing relationships with existing ones. This person will be the central point of contact within the KSA and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution.

Understanding the market requirements to define, position, adoption and expansion of market, this individual will be responsible for the successful execution of the company strategy in the KSA.

This is an international role where the ability to bridge cultures and build lasting professional relationships are critical success factors.

Working with identified colleagues, sales leaders, marketing and development resources, this individual will play a key role in evangelising Careem’s offer as well as executing partnerships programs to meet company goals as well as customer and community awareness.

Educated to a degree level 

Account/Project management experience id desirable

Experience in partnerships, sales and business development with minimum 3 years of active account/sales management in the UAE is essential

IT industry experience, knowledge of Ground Transportation business is desirable

Superior oral/written communication & listening skills

Ability to solve problems and act quickly

Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage

Ability to liaise with multiple disciplines including escalating problems when required

Experience in working with multinational companies, culture, and ethics

Self motivation and energy

Comfortable with regular national travel and at short notice

Sociable and good relationship builder
