About the role:
 
 You will be the mission critical leader in the country, working closely with the GM to strategize, plan, and guarantee operations and supply in all business verticals in Egypt.
 
 You will leverage deep analytical insights to deliver high impact results and be the person in charge of all operations KPIs and operations and supply budgets.
 
 You will be leading operations projects from A to Z while you’ll be executing some of the tasks and delegating the others to your relevant team members
 
 Analytics and data drive everything we do: transportation, strategy, decisions and people. We have two networks we are trying to build: Customers and Captains (drivers). Your focus will be on both sides while safeguarding the operations, you’ll be focusing on both captain and customer experience.
 
 In Careem world, you will be responsible for the operations, supply of captains in Egypt. You will focus on building the largest fleet,  getting the most out of it and ensuring the quality of the user experience.
 
 Your world will be incredibly diverse: you will design innovative processes to onboard Captains, manage utilization, proactively manage product team discussions; feeding tech team with customer and captain feedback, ensure Captain satisfaction and lead from the front on this exciting growth journey building the fastest growing company in the region
 
About you:

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in operations (senior management) and can manage budget while being performance and KPI’s driven

 Background FMCG / Telecommunication / Logistic (it is a plus)
