Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the new captains sourcing, that will support in expanding the Fleet, serving the growth of the ride hailing pool.
  • Play a crucial role by working on the different channels of Captain Recruitment in order to ensure having the assigned target numbers of captains that will help reach the supply goals.
  • Handle Captain recruitment through different channels -The Channels of recruitment will include on-ground activations, digital activations and managing supplier’s relationship.
  • Regularly running cohort analysis for captains with different activity levels, tracking change in performance and coming up with plan to enhance performance of different segment.
  • Data Modeling for supply planning process and budgeting
  • Running and assessing different growth experiments and building playbooks of best supply practice

Qualifications/ Skills required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
