Responsibilities:

- Follow/create brand strategy
- Create brand campaigns
- Brief agencies for brand campaigns and tactical campaigns
- Monitor and handle all Social Media content
- Book offline media and monitor quality and delivery
- Manage all payments, invoices, PRs & Pos to suppliers/agencies
- Manage budgets and align with Finance departments
- Align quotes and suppliers with procurement team
- Align with marketing team all promotions
- Align with community management team all Social Media posts & campaigns
- Align with production/on-ground team on on-ground activations
- Align with Business Development team on sponsorships and co-branding materials

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Mass Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in the same field 
  • Expert in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and effectively communicate
  • Creative and flexible
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally
