About the role:

The role holder will be responsible for supporting one large or multiple org design and structure transformations and will be able to talk technically about design in all it's component parts, from structure, to operating model, to job architecture

Key responsibilities include:

  • Refining, developing and implementing the OD initiatives and frameworks into the organization and suggest improvements in simplest way possible
  • Identify and define new/revised roles and responsibilities and tailoring the redesign around the individual capabilities required for the new design to succeed
  • Derive appropriate performance indicators on which to measure the new organization
  • Proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization
  • Evaluate strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals
  • Plan and lead short- and long-term planning for OD programs
  • Designing and implementing change programmes to deliver transformational change
  • Creating post re-structure management programmes
  • Leverage, synthesize, and utilize data from multiple sources to develop organizational recommendations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values: being bold, focused, agile and collaborative. Additional qualifications include:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of previous work experience consulting to complex organizations across a range of industries
  • Degree in organization development, organizational behaviour or related fields
  • Minimum ten (10) years of previous work experience coaching/ advising senior leadership
  • Expertise in behavioral sciences, organization development, leadership development, change management
  • Ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
  • Must be able to handle multi-tasking with the ability to comprehend complex processes
  • Must have supported and M& A integrations in a complex organisation
