Job Overview
Leading influencers’ strategy in the UAE, and working closely with the social media team to support the business, maximize visibility and generate incremental trips in the UAE.



The role reports into Marketing Manager



  • Responsible for influencers in UAE: identify macro and micro influencers in line with target audience and campaign objectives
  • Engage new and existing influencers, both micro-influencers and Tier A/B
  • Build and generate brand awareness in UAE
  • Being able to target different categories of users (Moms, off-peak, commuting to work,  party/nightlife crowd, families, entrepreneurs & socialites) and nationalities
  • Identify long-term strategic partners for every target segment
  • Strategically plan and execute experiential marketing activations to recruit/engage new and existing users
  • Closely work with social media and align on campaigns’ objectives and target audience
  • Helping generate ideas and content for local social media channels and managing pages when needed
  • Offline marketing: managing the booking process for external media and the production and delivery of materials
  • Basic copywriting for marketing collaterals
  • Competitive reviews
  • Evaluation of campaign performance: reach, engagement, trip volumes 


Key Performance Indicators

Lead influencers strategy in UAE and identify right profiles based on marketing objectives

Assess worthiness of strategic partners based on growth potential and business focuses

Support localized marketing activities and own brand awareness projects


Qualifications/Skills required

  • Previous experience with influencers in UAE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business
  • Proficiency in excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong aptitude with numbers
  • Team player
