Summary: The Per Diem Nurse works under the supervision of the Clinical Manager or designee. Assignments and hours worked are arranged depending on the patient caseload and the pre-arranged availability of the per diem nurse. Responsible for identifying patient/family needs and for providing supportive care in accordance with the attending physician's orders and plan of care and Care Dimensions' policies and procedures.
What You'll Contribute: Proficient in responsibilities specific to the position.
- Registered Nurse, currently licensed in Massachusetts in good standing.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings.
- Communicates pertinent information to primary nurse and/or designated manager.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
