Reports to: Head of Sales

As Industry Lead, Restaurant Advertiser Partnerships, you will:

  • Develop a cohesive industry strategy that identifies the vision for how Cardlytics can positively impact our clients and how we will execute that strategy, including go-to-market and best practices
  • Collaborate across external and internal organizational lines to drive revenue and expand adoption of Cardlytics' solutions by our restaurant clients
  • Develop and own VP+ client relationships with our Key Accounts to drive growth
  • Prioritize, direct and deploy cross-functional resources to secure new clients and grow existing client relationships
  • Curate industry thought leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to drive prospecting efforts
  • Highlight restaurant client needs and dependencies in order to influence the product roadmap
  • Foster a collaborative environment and drive engagement and motivation across the pod

You have:

  • 10+ years experience successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic partnerships within digital advertisers with a heavy focus on restaurant
  • Experience leading high performing enterprise sales teams; hiring, coaching, developing and retaining top talent
  • Experience in revenue management and building industry plans, quotas, pipeline management and opex to achieve goals
  • Experience leading XFN teams to deliver against client problems (driving internal culture, alignment and accountability)
  • Experience conducting annual (ideally multi-year) joint business planning & contracts with clients
  • Experience influencing decisions at the highest level with clients (VP+ / ideally C-Level) to create win-win outcomes
  • Experience partnering with Marketing & Enablement teams to create joint plans to support teams and deliver on client & revenue goals

  • Able to understand financial metrics that drive your client's business as well as the pipeline metrics that matter to their business and people

  • Able to communicate and navigate conversations with various XFN teams, levels, and skill sets to create a win-win outcome
  • Focused on the why vs the why not, and creating a prioritized sense of urgency in yourself and your team
